How do I modify a recipient's information?
I am not sure I have the correct email address for the recipient. What should I do?
If I modify the Security Question or Answer for a pending Interac Email Money Transfer, should I notify the recipient of the new information?
Can I call EasyLine to modify a recipient?

How do I modify a recipient's information?
To modify an existing recipient, select My Accounts > Payments & Transfers in the top menu bar and then click Maintain Recipient List in the left sub-menu bar. Select the recipient and then click the 'Modify' button.

To modify a recipient, follow these three steps:

Step 1 of 3: Change the recipient's information where required. If you would like to update the Security Question and/or Answer, click the 'Update Security Question' link.

Step 2 of 3: Review and confirm the information you have entered.

Step 3 of 3: The modifications to your recipient's information have been completed. You can now send money to this recipient by clicking the 'Send Money' button.

(Important note: The answer to the Security Question will not be available online within EasyWeb or by calling an EasyLine Banking Specialist. You may want to print this page and keep it in a safe place.)

If I modify the Security Question and/or Answer for a pending Interac Email Money Transfer, should I notify the recipient of the new information?
Yes. The previous Security Question and/or Answer will no longer be valid and will be rejected. To collect the money, the recipient must enter the new Security Question and/or Answer. Please contact the recipient in person or by phone.
