- You'll earn 2 TD Drivers Rewards Points for every $1 spent on gas purchases up to $700 (per statement period4) made with the Card and 1 TD Drivers Rewards Point for every $1 spent on gas purchases over $700 (per statement period) made with the Card; and
- 1.25 TD Drivers Rewards Points for every $1 spent on purchases of automotive parts or services at eligible merchants2 made with the Card; and
- 1 TD Drivers Rewards Point for every $1 spent on all other purchases made with the Card.
Your TD Drivers Rewards Points never expire as long as you are a Cardholder, and must be redeemed in minimum 2,500-point increments (a $25 value).

- The TD Drivers Rewards Visa Card allows you the flexibility to redeem your TD Drivers Rewards Points toward the purchase or lease of any new or used vehicle.
- You can also redeem your TD Drivers Rewards Points for automotive parts or service purchases made with your Card at eligible merchants, such as windshield wipers, tires, spark plugs, car mats, GPS system, car radio, seat covers and more.
How to Redeem your TD Drivers Rewards Points – Auto Parts/Services & Vehicle
- Call the TD Canada Trust Credit Card Customer Service Centre at 1-800-983-8472 within 90 days of the purchase or lease of your vehicle, or of your purchase of automotive parts or services. If you are redeeming for automotive parts or service, you must first use your TD Drivers Rewards Visa Card to make the purchase from eligible merchants of automotive parts or services (as described in the Cardholder Agreement) and then allow sufficient time for your automotive parts or services purchase to be posted to your TD Drivers Rewards Credit Card Account.
- For redemptions towards vehicles, make sure you have the vehicle make, model, VIN number, date of purchase or lease and Dealership Name available.
- State the number of TD Drivers Rewards Points you wish to redeem and the dollar value of your TD Drivers Rewards Points will be credited to your Account within 2-3 business days5.
Remember to keep your bill of sale or lease should we request a copy for our records.
How to Redeem your TD Drivers Rewards Points – Bonus-Eligible Vehicle
- Visit Drivers Rewards at www.tdrewards.com to view eligible vehicle bonus offers
- If you have purchased a vehicle with an eligible bonus offer, you must fill out and submit the required information online, including vehicle make, model, VIN number, date of purchase and Dealership Name and submit.
- The dollar value of your redeemed TD Drivers Rewards Points will be credited to your Account within 2-3 business days.
Remember to keep your bill of sale or lease should we request a copy for our records.

2 TD Drivers Rewards Points are earned for Purchases charged to the Account. Purchases of gas and purchases of automotive parts or services must be made at eligible merchants of gas and eligible merchants of automotive parts or services with eligible Merchant Category Codes, as described in the TD Drivers Rewards Program section of the Cardholder Agreement, to be able to earn TD Drivers Rewards Points. Credit for returned items, refunds, rebates or other similar credits will reduce or cancel the TD Drivers Rewards Points earned by the amount originally charged to your Account. Fees, Cash Advances (including Balance Transfers, Cash-Like Transactions and TD Visa Cheques), interest charges, optional services, refunds, rebates or other similar credits do not earn TD Drivers Rewards Points. Please see the TD Drivers Rewards Program section of the Cardholder Agreement available at www.tdcanadatrust.com/tdvisa/agreements for complete details.
3 Primary Cardholder remains liable for all charges to the Account, including those made by any Authorized User.
4 Your statement period (billing period) is shown on your monthly statement for the TD Drivers Rewards Visa Account. It is the time period between your previous statement date and the statement date of your monthly statement. Your statement period starts on the day after your previous statement date and ends on the statement date of your current monthly statement.
5 The requested TD Drivers Rewards Points will be redeemed from the TD Drivers Rewards Points balance available on the date the Cardholder calls the Centre, not the transaction date of the automotive parts or services purchase or the date of purchase or lease of the Vehicle. The dollar amount that will be credited to the Account towards the automotive parts or services purchase, or for the purchase or lease of the Vehicle, will be equal to the value of the requested TD Drivers Rewards Points redeemed. If there are insufficient TD Drivers Rewards Points available to cover the entire amount of the automotive parts or services purchase, or the purchase or lease of the Vehicle, the Account will only be credited with the available value of the TD Drivers Rewards Points to be redeemed. Any amount of the automotive parts or services purchase charged to the Account, or of the purchase or lease of the Vehicle that may have been charged to the Account, that is not covered by the TD Drivers Rewards Points redeemed, will remain on the Account for payment. TD Drivers Rewards Points must be redeemed in minimum 2,500-point increments.
6 Underwritten by Chubb Insurance Company of Canada. To be eligible for this insurance, your common carrier tickets must be paid in full using your TD Drivers Rewards Visa Card.
7 All TD Canada Trust customers including TD Canada Trust Credit Cardholders are eligible to apply for Optional Travel Medical Insurance underwritten by TD Life Insurance Company. Some applications are subject to underwriting. Medical and claims assistance, claims payment and administrative services are provided by World Travel Protection Canada Inc. This insurance is subject to exclusions and limitations that are fully described in the certificate of insurance included which is issued if accepted for enrollment. Branch enrollments are not available outside Ontario. Note that this optional insurance offers different benefits, on different terms and conditions, than the Travel Medical Insurance that is automatically included with the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite Card.
8 Life, Accidental Death and Critical Illness coverage is underwritten by American Bankers Life Assurance Company of Florida (ABLAC) and Involuntary Unemployment, Total Disability and Disability Requiring Hospitalization coverages are underwritten by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida (ABIC). Dismemberment coverage is underwritten by TD Life Insurance Company (TD Life). TD Canada Trust receives a fee from each insurer with respect to premium collection. ABLAC acts as administrator for TD Life. TD Canada Trust does not act as an agent for ABLAC/ABIC and neither company has an equity interest in the other.
