How do I change my address, phone number or email address in EasyWeb?

To change your address in EasyWeb 

  1. From the My Accounts landing page, select the Settings & Service menu (the head icon) in the top right of the screen
  2. Select My Profile & Settings or
  3. From the My Accounts landing page, select My Profile & Settings from the menu on the left
  4. In the Personal Contact Information select Edit 
  5. Enter your new postal code and select the correct address when it appears in the drop down list
  6. Select Save when complete

Please note: 

  • If you are a joint account holder, please ensure all other account holders update their address information
  • If your address is outside of Canada, please call EasyLine telephone banking to complete your request. 
  • This update will only affect a change to your personal accounts, i.e., Chequing, Savings, Credit Card, Access Card, Mortgage and Loans. Your address will not be changed for the following accounts: TD Direct Investing and TD Wealth accounts, TD Trust, TD US Dollar Visa, Safety Deposit Boxes. To change your address for one of these other accounts, please contact the appropriate area.

To change your Phone number in EasyWeb:

  1. From the My Accounts landing page, select the Settings & Service menu (the head icon) in the top right of the screen
  2. Select My Profile & Settings or
  3. From the My Accounts landing page, select My Profile & Settings from the menu on the left
  4. In the Personal Contact Information select Edit 
  5. Edit your Mobile, Home or Work phone number
  6. Save changes using the Save button

To change your Phone number on the TD app:

  1. Select More from the Navigation bar
  2. Select Profile from the menu
  3. Review the Contact Information in your Profile 
  4. To make a change, select the edit icon next to the Contact Information section title
  5. Edit your Home, Mobile or Work phone number
  6. Save changes using the Save button

To change your email address in EasyWeb 

  1. From the My Accounts landing page, select the Settings & Service menu (the head icon) in the top right of the screen
  2. Select My Profile & Settings or
  3. From the My Accounts landing page, select My Profile & Settings from the menu on the left
  4. In the Personal Contact Information select Edit 
  5. Enter your email address in the Contact email section
  6. Save changes using the Save button

To change your email address on the TD app

  1. Select More from the Navigation bar
  2. Select Profile from the menu
  3. Review the Contact Information in your Profile 
  4. To make a change, select the edit icon next to the Contact Information section title
  5. Edit your Email address
  6. Save changes using the Save button
