How do I view pending payment information?

To retrieve pending payment information, follow these steps:

Select My Accounts > Payments & Transfers from the top navigation menu.
Click View/Cancel Pending Payments from the left sub-menu. A list of all your pending payments will be displayed.

The following details are provided for each pending payment enquiry:

The Payee name and account number.
Payment Date – The date the payment will be processed.
Amount – The dollar and cents amount that will be paid to the payee.
Payment Account – Your TD Canada Trust account from which the funds will be withdrawn.
Confirmation Number – The reference code that verifies the payment will be processed if there are sufficient funds available on the effective payment date.
Status – Tells you whether the payment was Paid, Pending, Cancelled or Rejected (NSF).

To cancel a pending bill payment, click the Cancel button next to the payment you wish to cancel. On the next screen displayed, you will be asked to review and approve your request to cancel the payment before it is processed by TD Canada Trust.

If you still wish to cancel the payment, click Finish. If you do not wish to proceed with the cancellation, click Back and you will return to the Payee List page.

Note: If you cancel a recurring payment, all remaining payments to the Payee will also be cancelled.
