Select Pre-Authorized Purchase Plans from the Investing tab in the top navigation menu.

Select the account that you would like to add a Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan to and click Add PPP.

Confirm the details of your Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan request.

Click Next.

Complete your request by verifying your details.

Click Finish.

You will receive an confirmation that your request has been submitted.
