Expand What happens to my customers who have Indirect Home Improvement Loans?

For now it is business as usual, TD will continue to service your customers' loans. Your customers will have received a letter from TD announcing the sale of the Indirect Home Improvement Loans.

Expand Will my access to the TD portal be cut-off?

You will continue to have access to check the status of your loan applications until early 2017. However, as of October 15, 2016, you will not be able to submit new loan applications through the TD portal.

Expand What happens to loan applications I have already submitted to TD?

TD will continue to process applications until early 2017. Any loan applications not funded by this date will need to be re-submitted to Financeit.

Expand What happens to my existing TD program and promotions?

Financeit will honour your existing promotions for loans originated and funded on the TD platform. Once you transition to Financeit, all rates and promotions will be managed by Financeit and will be aligned with Financeit’s existing program.

Expand When will I have access to the Financeit platform/portal?

Expand Can I continue to use the TD logo and/or TD branded materials?

No, you must immediately stop using the TD logo and TD branded materials because your Dealer Agreement with TD is no longer in effect as of August 12, 2016.

Expand Do I have to sign up with Financeit?

You have been pre-approved as a Financeit merchant partner and an account has already been created for you. You can begin submitting loan applications through the Financeit portal immediately. However, you are under no obligation whatsoever to use the Financeit platform.

Expand Do I have to complete a Financeit registration process or provide any business documents to Financeit?

As a pre-approved partner, you do not need to register or provide any documents to begin submitting loans. You can simply log in and get started.
