Travel Medical Insurance8
You're covered without even having to charge the trip to your Card! As the Primary Cardholder, whenever you leave your province or territory of residence, you, your spouse and dependent children are automatically insured for upfront payments of eligible medical emergency expenses for $1 million for the first 21 days, without having to pay extra for the coverage. If you or your spouse is aged 65 or older, you are covered for the first 4 days of your trip.
Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance9
Simply use your Card to cover the full cost of your trip and you'll automatically be covered for up to $1,500 per insured person to a maximum of $5,000 for all insured persons, if you need to cancel your travel plans before you leave, for one of the covered causes, and up to $5,000 per insured person, to a maximum of $25,000 for all insured persons for eligible out-of-pocket expenses, if your trip is interrupted by medical and/or non-medical covered causes for a covered person or family member.
