Refer to cash and assets that can easily be converted into cash, for example, your bank accounts or money market mutual funds.

Property Assets
For real estate assets, use the most recent appraised value or the current market value of your property assets.


Vehicles
For vehicles, remember to deduct depreciation from your original cost.


Jewelry / Art / Collectibles
For jewelry, art and collectibles, use the appraised value or your best estimate.


Other Assets
For other assets, use your best estimate of its resale value.
