Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good card but very bad Expedia service This card works very well for everyday use. If you have a problem with booking travel on line at the Expedia for TD site, then dealing with the Expedia agents on the phone can be a nightmare. They say that they will price match other sites but you have to jump through hoops to get the match and they coveniently forget to add that to your acct. The sad part is, that the TD visa representatives distance themselves from Expedia and say there is nothing they can do about the bad service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I do it for the points & want lounge access option I use this card for the points and it is useful as I make a lot of purchases. Some things that could make it even better: - make it easier to switch the points between cards (I have three cards in my name: one for personal, one for business and one for my parents, as I handle their affairs) - option to upgrade so I can get access to business class lounges at airports, especially or at least to the TD lounges; I would pay more for this could make it contingent on volume of purchases made or something. - I am happi(er) with the Expedia services now as it has been streamlined but I really liked the former travel agent service. You have ironed out the wrinkles so it now works better. One problem though is that if you book with Expedia you cannot access the airline sites for seat selection etc; this is a real hassle when on the road as they say 'go back to where you made your booking,' which isn't always possible especially when travelling. I look forward to what improvements you are making and hope to see you in the Maple Leaf Lounge some day! Patrick Meausette PS what is a nickname (see below) PPS do we get entered in a prize or more points or something if we fill out this survey?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use and ease of the visa is hassle-free Not concerning the points system of the card, the basic use is perfect, I have not had any problems with the chip, and when someone stole my credit card, they reimbursed me fully.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why do I have this card? I didn't really understand the value in this card. I have to pay extra for it each year and the travel points were not really relevant to the places I wanted to travel, the hotels/hostels I was staying in, or the type of traveling I intended to do. I would rather have a regular visa card as I did not find value in paying extra money for this card.
