How do I receive an Interac Email Money Transfer?
The key to receiving an Interac Email Money Transfer is the email notification. To collect your money, carefully read the instructions provided, and click the links embedded in the email. As you follow the instructions, you will be asked to select the method in which you would like to collect the money - either online as an EasyWeb customer or through an electronic transfer arranged by CertaPay.
When the online option is chosen, you will arrive at the CertaPay Gateway screen. Once you've selected TD Canada Trust as your financial institution, you will be forwarded to EasyWeb. The 'Receive Money' page will appear immediately after you log in.
To receive money, follow these four steps:

| Step 2 of 4: | Select the account number to deposit the money into. |
| Step 3 of 4: | Review and confirm the information you have entered. |
| Step 4 of 4: | Your Interac Email Money Transfer has been collected, and a confirmation number is provided. The money has been deposited to your account and an email will be sent to the sender to confirm your receipt of the money. |
Is EasyWeb the only option to collect an Interac Email Money Transfer and deposit it to my TD Canada Trust account?
No, there is another option. If you do not wish to use EasyWeb to deposit your money online, you can receive the money through an electronic transfer arranged through the CertaPay Transfer site. You must provide accurate instructions to CertaPay, including your account number, transit code, and bank information. To receive your money using this option, it will take between 3 - 5 business days and a service fee may be deducted by CertaPay.
How much does it cost to receive an Interac Email Money Transfer?
If you collect your Interac Email Money Transfer online using EasyWeb, it's free.
If you choose to provide your account information and deposit the money using an electronic transfer arranged through CertaPay Transfer site, a service fee may be deducted by CertaPay.
