When you are completing transactions such as Visa Cash advance, Automatic Transfer Plan request, Change Account Type, Change Record Keeping Options, Mortgage Requests, Loan Requests and Purchase GIC you will receive a non-confidential e-mail to confirm your transaction was or was not completed successfully.
For example: “Your request was processed successfully for the amount of $50.00 confirmation number XXXX”.

To change your permanent e-mail address please use the Change Address feature in My Accounts/View Accounts.
