Contributing to the growth and vitality of our communities is a core value at TD. Through the TD Community Giving Program, we provide support to hundreds of charities and non-profit organizations across Canada. Our donations are focused primarily on children's health, welfare, safety and education.

On children and youth…

Children and youth are the focus of TD's giving program and while donations are made in all areas, we allocate a major share of our overall giving to fund organizations that benefit young people. The reason is simple - we care about the future of our children. Student financial assistance is an area of particular focus. For this reason, a substantial portion of our giving has been designated to establish the TD Bank Financial Group Bursary at universities across the country. We strongly believe that if we really want to make a difference over the long term, we must look to the needs of children. In doing so, we hope to ensure a bright future for Canada and the communities where we operate. Contributing to organizations that support children and youth is part of making that future brighter. Through direct donations, sponsorships, gifts-in-kind and employee voluntarism, TD supports a host of local, regional and national children's programs - promoting health, safety and education.
