  • Condominium insurance
  • Home insurance
  • Property insurance
  • Tenant insurance

    Condominium insurance
If you own a condo, condominium insurance will cover the inside structure of your unit, the belongings inside the unit and common areas of the building that are owned in part by you and the other residents (e.g. lobby, gym or pool).

    Home insurance
Home or homeowner's insurance provides protection for both, the structure of your home and your contents inside. You should choose this option if your home is not part of a condominium corporation.

    Property insurance
Property insurance is a general term used to describe all types of home insurance. It includes homeowners, tenant and condo insurance.

    Tenant insurance
Tenant insurance provides coverage for your belongings inside a rented unit. You can be renting a private home, part of a home or an apartment in a huge building.
