Cheque Image Return

A convenient way to track and store returned paid cheques

If you have a business chequing account, you will receive printed digital images of the fronts and backs of your paid cheques. The cheque images are printed four to a page as part of your monthly statement.

To ensure information is clearly legible on the image, here are a couple of tips:

  1. Use only dark blue or black ink when typing or writing cheques
  2. Do not use inverse printing, italics, slanted fonts when typing cheques

For more information about the cheque standards, visit the CPA website: www.cdnpay.ca

Account Statements

Statement pages, including cheque images, are printed on both sides to save paper and reduce our impact on the environment.

An account reconciliation form can be downloaded here.
