Please apply at any TD Canada Trust branch if your business needs:
- credit totalling more than $50,000
- secured credit
- a joint venture or trust account
- a business account with powers of attorney
To be eligible to apply online, you must be an owner, partner or shareholder of your business, and you must be authorized to act alone on behalf of the business. You must be the
age of majority in your province of residence. Societies, clubs and associations that are not registered cannot apply online and should visit a TD Canada Trust branch. You must also be a resident of Canada and your small business must be operating in Canada. If you apply for a credit facility, one or more owners, partners or shareholders of your business may be required to provide a personal guarantee.
It may take approximately 20 minutes to complete this application. Once we have processed your application and if it is approved, we will send you a package by mail with the forms you need to sign for the products you requested, together with product information.
