2 Eligible Family leave means parental leave, or time away from work due to illness of engineer or her/his spouse or children. Eligibility is determined solely by The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
3 Yearly Program fee of $99 applies per year per Card enrolled in the TD Visa Travel Rewards Program ("Program"). Annual fee of $50 per Card waived in first year per Card enrolled in Program. All other fees and charges applicable to the Card continue to apply. Fees and features effective as of September 1, 2006 and subject to change.
4 Any bonus points will be applied to the new program member card upon approval. Bonus points offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be changed, extended or withdrawn at any time without notice. TD Points are earned on purchases charged to the Card.
