Rural Property Line of Credit


Planning to purchase and/or upgrade your rural property, or are you looking to consolidate some debt? The Rural Property Line of Credit is designed for individuals who have their primary residence on agriculture-zoned land greater than five acres (2.02 hectares). It is available to customers whose main source of income is off-farm.

With a Rural Property Line of Credit from TD Canada Trust, you may be able to:

  • Borrow against the full value of your property, including outbuildings
