| Applications for TD Canada Trust DISA RSP and
TD Canada Trust GIC RSP accounts will be
accepted for 2010 contributions up until February 14,
2011. Self-Directed RSPs with TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage can take as little as 24 hours to establish while TD Mutual Funds
RSPs take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the mail.
After February 14, 2011 we recommend that you establish a TD Canada Trust DISA RSP at your local TD Canada Trust
Branch to ensure that your contribution is processed before the
deadline. You can then apply online for your
TD Mutual Funds RSP or TD Waterhouse Self-Directed RSP and
then transfer the funds once the account is established. |
