If you make a mistake at any time, just press the

and continue where you left off.
 - Can I use my TD Visa card at the Green Machine?
Yes! Just ask us to register TD Canada Trust

account as your "Visa" account on your
TD Canada TrustAccess Card. Either option will enable you to make
payments to and take cash advances from your Visa account through
the Green Machine.
 - Are there withdrawal limits?

customers are assigned limits for banking machine withdrawals. If
you wish to change your withdrawal limits, contact your branch or
call
TD Canada Trust
at
1-877-247-2265.
 - What bills can I pay?

currently has over 3700 companies listed for Bill Payment! At the
Green Machine, you can pay most bills normally accepted by your
branch and save! See
the list of bills that can be paid through the Green

 - How do I keep track of my transactions?
To help you manage your accounts, each time you use
the Green Machine you’ll receive a confirmation slip
recording the time and details of your banking machine
transaction.
 - How soon will my Green Machine transaction take effect?
Transactions made before 9pm EST on a business day
(Monday to Friday) will be posted and effective on that
same day. Transactions made after 9pm EST Monday to
Friday, and anytime on weekends and statutory holidays, will be
posted to your account immediately (i.e., money will be moved into
or out of your account) but dated effective on the next
business day. For example, if you transfer funds between your
accounts at 8am EST on a Friday, the funds will be transferred and
dated on that same Friday. If you make that same transaction at
10pm EST on a Friday, the funds will be transferred on Friday and
the transaction will be dated Monday. If you pay your cable bill at the Green Machine, or
through EasyLine or EasyWeb on a Monday before 9pm EST, the funds
will be withdrawn from your account on Monday and your payment will
be forwarded to the company on Monday night. If you make the same
payment on a Friday after 9pm EST, the funds will be withdrawn from
your account Friday but will appear in your statement or passbook
dated Monday, and your payment will be forwarded to the cable
company on Monday night.
 - Why does the Green Machine display the Cirrus logo but I cannot
use the Cirrus ABMs when traveling?
Banks are limited to offering a single network to
their customers. As such, the PLUS network which offers access to
over 627,000 ABMs worldwide, was chosen for use by TD Canada Trust
customers. The Cirrus access on the Green Machine is to allow
customers of other financial institutions to access their accounts
while traveling in Canada.
 - I don’t feel comfortable making cash deposits at the
Green Machine. Is my deposit secure?
Yes, it is very secure. All deposits are opened,
counted and checked in the presence of two Bank officers.
 - Are my accounts safe? What if my card is lost or stolen?
Yes, your accounts are safe and secure. Every time
you use your TD Canada Trust
Access Card to do your banking or make payments, you must enter
your PIN (personal identification number). You must always take
necessary measures to keep your PIN and password confidential and
your card safe. Avoid such password combinations as birthdays,
phone numbers, age, Social Insurance Number, etc. As long as you
keep your PIN number confidential and safe, your accounts
can’t be accessed by others even if your card is lost or
stolen.
