This security feature provides enhanced protection anywhere and anytime you bank with us. Whether you’re using EasyWeb or one of our TD Mobile apps on your iPhone, Android or Blackberry device, you can be confident that you are safe and secure.

Here's how IdentificationPlus for EasyWeb and TD Mobile apps works -

  • You will receive simple instructions for establishing your security questions the first time you log in to EasyWeb online banking
  • You will be asked to set up 5 security questions and answers from a supplied list of options. This will help prevent unauthorized access at different points during your EasyWeb online banking session or while you are banking on our iPhone, Android or Blackberry Mobile app
  • If you access EasyWeb from a computer that you don't normally use or when you conduct certain transactions, you may be prompted to answer one of your security questions
  • If you change mobile devices or when you conduct certain transactions via the mobile app, you may be prompted to answer one of your security questions that you have provided during the EasyWeb online banking setup process
  • Always keep your questions and answers confidential - do not share them with anyone
