- Is EasyLine only for day-to-day banking?
EasyLine is a convenient way to handle not only
day-to-day banking transactions but virtually all your other
banking needs as well, including renewing your mortgage or
investing in GICs.
 - Is EasyLine complicated to use?
Not at all. Helpful interactive voice prompts are
your guide to automated service or you can choose to speak with a
Telephone Banking Specialist. Help is always available.
 - How do I know my EasyLine transactions are secure?
No one can access your accounts without your
13-digit TD Canada Trust Access Card number and your 3 or 4-digit
PhoneCode. Once you use your assigned PhoneCode the first time, you
can change it yourself as often as you like.
 - Can I access more than one account?
You can access up to four accounts which are
registered on your TD Canada Trust Access Card (e.g., TD Canada
Trust Chequing account, Savings account, TD Visa account and Line
of Credit).
 - What if I make a mistake during an automated transaction?
No problem. You always have an opportunity to
change, confirm or cancel your selection. By pressing
"*" then "0", you can always exit
or cancel your request and speak with a Telephone Banking
Specialist who will be happy to help you.
