³ Welcome Bonus applies only to the new TD Business Travel Visa Account opened for the Card with the Annual Fee of $149 issued in the name of the business (the “Account”). Welcome Bonus will be awarded to the Account upon approval. Limit of one (1) Welcome Bonus for the Account. TD reserves the right to limit the number of Accounts opened by any one person or business. Welcome Bonus does not apply to additional Cards issued in the name of the same business. Other conditions apply. Offer may be changed, extended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
⁴ Three TD Points are awarded for every $1 in purchases charged to the Account. Credit for returned items, refunds, rebates or other similar credits will reduce or cancel the TD Points earned by the amount originally charged to the Account. Fees, Cash Advances (including Balance Transfers), interest charges, optional services, refunds, rebates or other similar credits do not earn TD Points.
⁵ To redeem TD Points for travel purchases charged to your Card that are not booked through Expedia for TD, Cardholder must contact the Centre after the travel purchase has been posted to the Account and within 90 days from the transaction date of the travel purchase. The required TD Points will be redeemed from the TD Points balance available on the date TD Points are redeemed for the travel purchase, not the transaction date of the travel purchase. The amount that will be credited toward the travel purchase will be equal to the value of the TD Points redeemed. If there are insufficient TD Points available to cover the entire amount of the travel purchase, the Account will only be credited by the value of the TD Points redeemed. Any amount of the travel purchase not covered by the TD Points redeemed will remain on the Account for payment. TD Points must be redeemed in 10,000 point increments.

⁹ Preferred variable annual interest rate is one of the following: TD Prime + 2%, TD Prime + 4%, TD Prime + 7.0%, TD Prime +10.0%, TD Prime + 12.0% and TD Prime + 15.0%. The standard rate of 21% applies if your Minimum Payment is not received within 30 days from your Payment Due Date. The fixed percentage rate of interest (the Fixed Rate) that is added to TD Prime is assigned by us and may be re-assigned by us annually based on an assessment of the Business Borrower and Individual Borrower(s) credit record in our absolute discretion. Interest is charged daily on the amount of each charge to the Account from and including the transaction date.
