³ For the TD Business Travel Visa Card and the TD Business Visa Card, there is an interest-free grace period of at least 21 days for all Purchases that appear on your statement for the first time even if previous balance was not paid in full. There is no interest-free grace period on Cash Advances (including Balance Transfer, Cash-Like Transactions and TD Visa Cheques). If interest applies to your Account it is charged from the date of the transaction until we receive payment in full on the full amount of the transaction. You can avoid paying interest on Purchases and Fees if we always receive payment of your Balance in full each month by the Payment Due Date shown on your statement. The annual interest rate will increase by 5% to 24.99% on Purchases (i.e. 19.99% + 5% = 24.99%) and 27.99% on Cash Advances (i.e. 22.99% + 5% = 27.99%) when the minimum payment is not received within 30 days from the Payment Due Date shown on your statement.
⁴ Preferred variable annual interest rate for the TD Venture Line of Credit Visa Card is one of the following: TD Prime ("TD Prime") + 2.0%, TD Prime + 4.0%, TD Prime + 7.0%, TD Prime +10.0%, TD Prime + 12.0% or TD Prime + 15.0%. The standard annual rate of 21% applies if the Minimum Payment is not received within 30 days of the Payment Due Date. The fixed percentage rate of interest that is added to TD Prime is assigned by us and may be re-assigned by us annually based on an assessment of your credit record in our absolute discretion. TD Prime means the annual interest rate established and reported by us to the Bank of Canada from time to time as a reference rate of interest for the determination of interest rates that we charge to customers of varying degrees of creditworthiness in Canada for Canadian Dollar loans.TD Prime is disclosed on the Internet at www.tdcanadatrust.com, or please call us toll-free at 1-888-388-9666. ⁵ Points are earned for Purchases charged to the Account. Credit for refunds, returned items, rebates or other similar credits will reduce or cancel the TD Points earned by the full or partial amount originally charged to the Account. Fees, Cash Advances (including Balance Transfers, Cash-Like Transactions and TD Visa Cheques), interest charges, optional services, refunds, rebates or other similar credits do not earn TD Points.

⁷ To redeem TD Points for travel purchases charged to your Card that are not booked through Expedia For TD or the TD Travel Rewards Centre, Cardholder must contact the TD Travel Rewards Program after the travel purchase has been posted to the Account and within 90 days from the transaction date of the travel purchase. The required TD Points will be deducted from the Cardholder's TD Points balance available at the time the TD Points are redeemed for the travel purchase, not the transaction date of the travel purchase. The amount that will be credited towards the travel purchase will be equal to the value of the TD Points redeemed. If there are insufficient TD Points available to cover the entire amount of the travel purchase, the Account will only be credited by the value of the TD Points redeemed. Any amount of the travel purchase not covered by the TD Points redeemed will remain on the Account for payment.
