GICs & Term Deposits. TFSA GIC and Term Deposit transactions will flow through the High Interest TFSA Savings Account.
Applying online for an account is easy and convenient and takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Please note: this application form is for personal accounts in your name only.

You must be a Canadian resident.
You must be of the age of majority in your province of residence.
You must have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).

What happens after you submit your application?
Once your request is processed, you will receive a
TD Canada Trust
TFSA application together with all the required documentation in the mail. Simply sign these documents where indicated and return them to us to the return address provided. We will activate your plan when we receive the signed documents.

Your investment instructions, if applicable, will be completed at the time the signed application documents are received back at
TD Canada Trust
and will be subject to the prevailing rates at that time.
