Step 1 -

The first screen that comes up after you insert your TD Canada TrustAccess Card is the personal identification (PIN) screen. It will appear in English or French, depending on the language preference you indicated for your Access Card. Prior to entering your PIN, press Other Languages if you wish to change the language.
