Everyday Bank Accounts

Everyday Bank Accounts At TD Canada Trust, you can choose from a wide range of bank accounts to make sure your first Canadian bank account matches the needs of you and your family.

You can choose to do your banking in person at any TD Canada Trust branch, electronically through EasyWeb Internet banking and mobile apps, or EasyLine telephone banking.

TD Canada Trust offers three types of personal bank accounts:

  • Chequing accounts help you manage your everyday finances, make frequent transactions and enjoy easy access to your money.
  • Savings accounts give you the highest interest rates of all our bank accounts, so your money grows faster. Depending on how you set up your account, you may have easy access to money or more limited access. Also, fewer transactions may be included than with a chequing account.
  • Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) can help you earn investment income without paying taxes on it. It’s a great way to save for short- or long-term goals.
