Account Opening Documentation

TD Mutual Funds Accounts:

The application form is for opening TD Mutual Funds RSP or Non-Registered Accounts with TD Investment Services Inc. For assistance in completing the form, call EasyLine at 1-866-222-3456.

TD e-Series Funds Accounts:

The link provides you the ability to open a new TD e-Series Funds account or convert an existing TD Mutual Funds account with TD Investment Services Inc. For assistance in completing the form, call EasyLine at 1-866-222-3456.

TD Mutual Funds Retirement Income Fund Accounts:

This form is for opening a Retirement Income Fund (RIF), Life Income Fund (LIF) or Locked-In Retirement Income Fund (LRIF). Each of these accounts, held with TD Investment Services Inc., allows you to invest in TD Mutual Funds. For assistance in completing the form, call EasyLine at 1-866-222-3456.

TD Mutual Funds Registered Education Savings Plan:

The first two applications are for opening a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) with TD Investment Services Inc. that allows you to invest in TD Mutual Funds. To apply for the basic Canada Education Savings Grant, the grant application is available for you to complete and submit along with your RESP application. Please note that the TD Mutual Funds Education Savings Plan supports only the basic Canada Education Savings Grant and not any other government grants. Transfer Forms

The transfer authorization forms are used to transfer registered retirement savings plans or non-registered funds from one financial institution to another. After printing and completing the transfer forms, attach photocopies of your most recent account statements and either mail or drop off the form at your local TD Canada Trust branch. The TD Registered Plans Internal Transfer Form is used to transfer TD RSP accounts from one area of TD Canada Trust to another.
