Transfer Forms

The transfer authorization forms are used to transfer registered retirement savings plans, tax-free savings plans or non-registered funds from one financial institution to another. After printing and completing the transfer forms, attach photocopies of your most recent account statements and either mail or drop off the form at your local TD Canada Trust branch. The TD Registered Plans Internal Transfer Form is used to transfer TD RSP accounts from one area of TD Canada Trust to another.
