My role is to work exclusively with mortgage customers...whether you are purchasing, looking to renovate a home, transferring a mortgage or re-finance an existing mortgage. As a Residential Mortgage Manager at TD Canada Trust, I am able to offer my clients some of the most innovative home financing products available in the marketplace today.
My previous experience has included lending, financial planning and advisory services, commercial banking, investment management and counsel, brokerage and insurance. I have learned that heroic service does not come from policy manuals, it comes from people who care, and from a culture that encourages and models customer service driven attitude. I believe in providing exemplary service and advice while establishing accountability, credibility and confidence during the lending process.
