Credit Criteria

Our goal is to provide you with prompt approvals for investment loans that are right for your clients. Please note that TD Canada Trust Investment Lending Services loans are for non-registered investments made by individual investors. Corporate investment loans are not available at this time.

Criteria for: 1-for-1 No Margin Call Demand Loans¹, 2-for-1 Margined Demand Loans¹, 3-for-1 No Margin Call Demand Loans¹

• No income verification is required
• No debt service ratios are calculated
• Approval is based on the credit bureau report

Please note: Loan applications exceeding the quoted maximums may be considered, but will require additional documentation, including but not limited to, verification of liquid assets, and confirmation of income.
