3-for-1 No Margin Call Demand Loans

3-for-1 No Margin Call Demand Loans¹ are designed for investors who are comfortable investing in Mutual Fund Portfolio Funds or Segregated Fund Portfolio Funds and wish to access up to $250,000 on a 3-for-1 basis. For example, a client deposit of $50,000 can be eligible for a loan of $150,000, allowing your client to make a $200,000 total investment.

Eligible Funds:	Mutual Fund Portfolio Funds from: 3rd Party Mutual Funds (See approved list) TD Mutual Funds AEGON Mutual Funds Segregated Fund Portfolio Funds from: Empire Life Canada TD Guaranteed Investment Funds II Transamerica Life Canada
Payment Options:	Interest only Blended principal and interest with maximum 30-year amortization If loan to value ratio exceeds 135%, payments change to blended principal and interest with maximum 20-year amortization
Deposit requirements:	Cash and/or unencumbered eligible Portfolio Funds only
Income requirements:	None. Approval based on credit bureau report
