For the time period between June 11th, 2007 and Dec 31st, 2007 we will conduct a market test which will temporarily broaden the eligible collateral on our "3 for 1" – 75% LTVR No Margin Call product.
The Bank will review the performance of this test in December 2007 with a view to permanently amending policy.
The eligible collateral on our “3 for 1” – 75% LTVR No Margin Call product will now include (during the test period) the following choices:
- Any Portfolio Funds (Fund of Funds) on our eligible list of Mutual Funds or Segregated Funds (The existing rules)
- Any combination of the currently eligible Portfolios and/or the following Canadian $ single Fund choices:

1) Within TD Mutual and Segregated Funds(TD Asset Management) Portfolios and/or the following Funds will be eligible:
- Any TD T-bill or Money Market Fund
- TD Monthly High Income Fund
- TD Monthly Income Fund
- TD Balanced Income Fund

- Any TD Mortgage or Bond Fund (excluding TD Global Bond Fund)
- TD Balanced Growth Fund
- TD Dividend Income Fund
- TD Dividend Growth Fund
