At TD Canada Trust, we're committed to keeping your confidential information as safe as possible. That's why we're introducing the EasyWeb IdentificationPlus feature - our new security measure that provides enhanced protection for you when you bank online with EasyWeb.
EasyWeb IdentificationPlus will be launched between April and July 2007.Once this enhanced protection is available, you'll be notified when you login to EasyWeb.
Here's how EasyWeb IdentificationPlus works -
- You will receive simple instructions for establishing your security questions the first time you log in
- You will be asked to set up five security questions and answers from a supplied list of options. This will help prevent unauthorized access at different points during your EasyWeb banking session
- If you access EasyWeb from a computer that you don't normally use or when you conduct certain transactions, you may be prompted to answer one of your security questions
- Always keep your questions and answers confidential - do not share them with anyone
Important: TD Canada Trust will NEVER ask you to set up or confirm your questions or answers by telephone, fax or email.
