1. CONTEST END DATE: The "EasyWeb EasyWin" Contest ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, December 28, 2006.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are TD Canada Trust Personal customers who are of the age of majority in their Province of residence at the time of entry into the Contest and who are registered to use EasyWeb™ Internet banking. Employees, agents and representatives of The Toronto-Dominion Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies or their subsidiaries and affiliates, are not eligible to win, nor is any person with whom any such employee, agent or representative is domiciled.

  3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Before the Contest End Date, the following EasyWeb transactions will generate an automatic entry in the Contest:
    • Making a bill payment through EasyWeb;
    • Sending an Interac Email Money Transfer. Interac Email Money Transfers that are received by a TD Canada Trust customer do not qualify;
    • Register for Paperless Record Keeping. Only one Paperless Record Keeping registration will be allowed for each account. The account must be and remain paperless until the Contest End Date; or,
    • Use a TD Canada Trust Access Card to pay with Interac Online at a participating merchant.

    Qualifying transactions must be completed on or before December 28, 2006. Transactions are considered processed on the day the withdrawal of funds is posted to your account, not when entered in by the Entrant. Multiple transactions that are initiated and processed at the same time within the same EasyWeb session will generate the same number of multiple entries.

    Entrants:

    "Entrant" means (i) in respect of a transaction entry, the person to whom the TD Canada Trust Access Card used to initiate the transaction was issued, and (ii) in respect of an alternate entry, the person whose name is printed on the entry.

  4. ALTERNATE MEANS OF CONTEST ENTRY: To enter the Contest without performing one of the described EasyWeb transactions (see section 3), legibly print your first and last name, complete mailing address and daytime telephone number on a 4 x 6 piece of paper and mail it to:
    "EasyWeb EasyWin Contest Entry"
