Maintain Recipient List

How do I use the 'Maintain Recipient List' option?
I can see the Security Question for my recipient but the answer is not displayed. Where can I find the answer?
Can I call EasyLine to update my Recipient List?

How do I use the 'Maintain Recipient List' option?
This option gives you the ability to update your personal Recipient List. Select My Accounts > Payments & Transfers in the top menu bar and then click Maintain Recipient List in the left sub-menu bar.

To add a new recipient, click the 'Add Recipient' button.

To modify an existing recipient's information, select the recipient and then click the 'Modify' button.

To delete and remove a recipient, select the recipient and then click the 'Delete' button.

I can see the Security Question for my recipient but the answer is not displayed. Where can I find the answer?
The Answer is displayed only at the time of adding a recipient to your personal list. It is not available to view within EasyWeb, and an EasyLine Banking Specialist does not have access to this information.

If you cannot remember the Answer, update the recipient's details - specifically the Security Question and Answer. To do this, select the recipient and click the 'Modify' button. Also, please remember to tell the recipient the new Security Question and/or Answer.
