Why is my portfolio showing incorrect information? When I select Activity under Account Details, EasyWeb keeps showing the same account over and over again.
If you have more than one account under you connect id, for example an RSP and non RSP account, you can view both of them under Account Activity. However sometimes you may notice that once you select one account and review, when you select the next account for review you instead get the first account showing again. This is caused by Browser Caching. If you are using IE 4 or 5 you should go into Internet Options, under Advanced you will see a section labeled "Security". If the option "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is not checked, please check it. If you are using Communicator you will have to set your cache to 0kb, and/or clear your cache.
