I'm getting an incorrect message on the portfolio screen indicating that no portfolio information can be found for my mutual fund account - why is this happening?

If you signed up for EasyWeb or opened a new TD Mutual Funds account less than 48 hours ago, your portfolio may not yet have been updated in EasyWeb. Because the registration process may take up to 24 hours and the portfolio is updated every 24 hours (usually during the early hours of the morning - 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM), it may be up to 48 hours before you see the portfolio for the first time. After the first update, your portfolio should appear every time you access it. If it has been more than 48 hours since you registered for EasyWeb or opened a new TD Mutual Funds account- please contact the EasyLine at 1 866-222-3456 for assistance.
