If I have trading authority in a Corporate or Small Business Mutual Fund Account can I register it for EasyWeb?

Business Accounts have the ability to register for EasyWeb if they fall into one of the following circumstances:

1. A sole proprietorship;
2. Business accounts that allow one person alone to do the banking or trading (ie, does not require multiple signing signatures in order to exercise the trade.).

You must have a TD Investment Services Trading Authority on file with TD Investment Services that clearly indicates that one person has the ability to act alone. For example, the "President Alone to sign" or "either the President OR the Vice President to sign". Please note that the responsibility of keeping the Access Card or Connect ID and password secure is up to you.
