Account Details - Activity
From the My Accounts - View Accounts or My Accounts - Investing screens, click on your hyperlinked TD Mutual Funds or eFunds account to view your account details - the default for this request is 'Holdings'. To view your account activity, select 'All Activity by Date' or 'All Activity by Fund' from the drop-down menu - the default for this request is 'Last 10 transactions'.
EasyWeb offers several different options for your account activity. You may select:
The following time periods are available for retrieving Activity for your TD Mutual Funds Account: last 10 transactions (Default), last month, last 3 months
The valuation date of the transaction. A valuation day is generally each day that TD Bank Financial Group is open for business at its main branch. EasyWeb orders received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a valuation day will receive that day's unit price and date. Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a valuation day or on any day that is not a valuation day will receive the unit price and date of the next valuation day.
In EasyWeb, "Investment" refers to TD Mutual Funds or other offered investments.
The type of transaction.
For purchases, transfers in, and other deposits, the gross amount is the amount that was invested before any front-end load was deducted. TD Mutual Funds purchased on a no load basis, the full gross amount is invested. For redemptions, transfers out, and other withdrawals, the gross amount is the amount that was withdrawn before any applicable withholding taxes or early redemption fees were deducted.
Deductions, including federal and provincial with-holding tax on RSP withdrawals, non-resident tax and/or early redemption fee (if applicable). The amounts are listed individually in the "Transaction Charge" column.
For purchases, transfers in, and other deposits, the net amount is the amount that was invested in the investment after any applicable front end load was deducted. Since TD Mutual Funds Investor Series and eSeries are no load, the net amount equals the gross amount.
For redemptions, transfers out, and other withdrawals, the net amount is the amount that was either paid to the investor, or transferred to the Transfer To investment, after any applicable withholding taxes or early redemption fees were deducted.
The price of one unit of the investment on the date of the transaction.
The number of units either invested or withdrawn from the investment for the transaction. Each unit of a mutual fund represents an equal portion of that fund. Your total units in the fund represent your proportional ownership of the fund.
