Customize Site

To make your EasyWeb session comfortable and easy to use, the following customization features are available:

Quick Links:

• Add items to your Quick Links that you use most often.
• Choose from a list of approximately 20 transactions. A maximum of eight Quick Links can appear in your Quick Links box at a time. You can also choose to remove your Quick Links box.
• Once logged in, Quick Links will appear on every page within EasyWeb so that you can quickly reach your most common transactions.

We have selected the most commonly used quick links as the default option, but you can choose from a wide variety other common transactions. To customize your Quick Links:

1. Select Customize Site or select edit from the Quick Links box.
2. Choose the item you use most from the drop down box.
3. Select Save settings to confirm your request.

Select a start page:

Now you can decide which EasyWeb page you would like to display immediately after you login. To customize your start page:

1. Select Customize Site
2. Select Edit under start page
3. Choose a Start page from the list
4. Click Save Settings to confirm.

Greeting:

Personalize your EasyWeb session to display a name or greeting after you login.

1. Click Customize Site or simply click your name that displays on the top right hand corner of the screen underneath the logout button. The default option or the option you chose last will display.
2. Click Edit to customize your name or greeting.
3. Enter your new greeting.
4. If you chose not to have a greeting simply check the 'Do not show me a greeting' box.
5. If you do not enter a name or greeting already, the default name associated with your TD Canada Trust account will be displayed. A greeting will not display for business accounts, however you can chose one if you wish.
6. Special characters such as #,%,*,",@, cannot be used when entering a greeting.
7. Select Save settings to confirm your request.
8. Review your request on the Customize Site page and view your greeting at the top right corner of the screen underneath the logout button.

Select a Favourite Account:

Favourite Payment Account

EasyWeb allows you to select one preferred payment account for every TD Canada Trust Access Card that you have. When you select an Account Payment Preference, this account will automatically be pre-filled in the account payment box every time you request a payment. If you decide to use this feature and need to make a payment from another account, simply click on the account payment drop down menu and choose the account you wish to make a payment from.

Primary Investment Account: EasyWeb allows you to select one Primary Investment Account from all your TD Mutual Fund accounts. When you select a Primary Investment Account, this account will automatically be pre-filled in the Order Mutual Funds box every time you request a Mutual Fund transaction

Rename Accounts: The Rename Your Accounts feature enables you to change your accounts to any name of your choice. This will help you to personalize your account profile in TD Canada Trust EasyWeb and make it easier for you to recognize your accounts.

Customize Account Activity: The Customize Account Activity feature enables you to set the number of transactions displayed in your Account Activity list and to set the date order that your transactions appear in. Set the number of transactions that you would like displayed by selecting either 50, 100, 150, 200 or 250. Set the 'Date Order' by selecting 'Display Date Order from' or 'Most recent to oldest'.

Set Payee Descriptions: The Set Payee descriptions feature enables you to change your list of payment accounts to any title you choose. This will help you to personalize your list of payments in TD Canada Trust EasyWeb and make your payments more meaningful and easier to use.
