Special Requests

Mortgage Requests

From the 'My Accounts - Special Requests' screen, simply click on 'Mortgage Requests' from the left-hand navigation. 'Mortgage Requests' allows you to make lump sum payments on your personal mortgage or change the amount of your regular payment amount. You can also make these requests from the Mortgage Details screen by simply clicking on a hyper-linked TD Canada Trust Mortgage from the 'My Accounts - View Accounts' screen. These requests are manually verified and processed and are subject to the terms and conditions of your mortgage.

Mortgage Lump Sum Payment Request

1. Select 'Mortgage Requests' or click Lump Sum Payment or Change Mortgage Payment Amount from the Mortgage Details screen.
2. Select 'Lump Sum Payment'.
3. Select the Mortgage for which you would like to make a lump sum payment.
4. Click 'OK'
5. Enter the amount of the lump sum payment you would like to make.
6. Select the account from which you would like to take the lump sum payment.
7. Click 'Next' to verify the transaction.
8. 'Clear' will clear all of the fields you have selected.
9. Verify the details of the transaction by clicking 'Finish'.
10. You will receive a confirmation number for the transaction

• Please note that Mortgage Lump Sum Payment Requests are manually reviewed and are subject to the terms and conditions of your mortgage. You may only make lump sum payments within your privileged pre-payment limit (if applicable). Change Mortgage Payment Amount Request

1. Select 'Mortgage Requests' or click Lump Sum Mortgage Payment or Change Mortgage Payment Amount from the Mortgage Details screen.
2. Select 'Change Payment Amount'.
3. Select the Mortgage for which you would like change your payment amount.
4. Click 'OK'
5. Enter the new payment amount for your regular mortgage payment.
6. Click 'Next' to verify the transaction.
7. 'Clear' will clear all of the fields you have selected.
8. Verify the details of the transaction by clicking 'Finish'.
9. You will receive a confirmation number for the transaction

• Changes to mortgage payment amounts must be approved by all mortgagors. If your mortgage is joint, please contact TD Canada Trust EasyLine about changing your Mortgage Payment Amount.

• Your contact information is necessary for Mortgage Requests. Any changes made to your contact information (email or phone numbers) for this request will not be updated in our records. If you would like to permanently update your personal contact information please use our Change Address feature on the left-hand navigation on the 'My Accounts -View Accounts' screen.
