Processing Special Requests

TD Canada Trust will process the following transactions manually:

Special Requests

Automatic Transfer Plan Setup

Your request to set up an Automatic Transfer Plan will be verified and processed within 24 hours. If you have provided an email address for this transaction, you will receive a non-confidential email from customer.service@td.com to advise you of the status of your request. Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail on file with the bank.

Change Record Keeping Options

Your Change Record Keeping Options request will be verified and processed within 24 hours. If you have provided an email address for this transaction, you will receive a non-confidential email from customer.service@td.com to advise you of the status of your request. Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail on file with the bank.

Change Account Type

Your Change Account Type request will be verified and processed within 24 hours. If you have provided an email address for this transaction, you will receive a non-confidential email from customer.service@td.com to advise you of the status of your request. Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail on file with the bank.

Loan Requests

If approved, your loan request will be processed within two business days. If declined, we will notify you through the provided contact information. If you have provided an email address for this transaction, you will receive a non-confidential email from customer.service@td.com to advise you of the status of your request. Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail on file with the bank.

Please note: Lump sum payments to your loan will only be debited from TD Canada Trust account linked to your Loan account.

Mortgage Requests

If approved, your mortgage request will be processed within two business days. If declined, we will notify you through the provided contact information. If you have provided an email address for this transaction, you will receive a non-confidential email from customer.service@td.com to advise you of the status of your request. Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail on file with the bank.

Please note: Lump sum payments to your mortgage will only be debited from your TD Canada Trust account linked to your Mortgage account.
