Accessibility at TD


Accessible branches

All our new branches are designed to include –

  • Automated/accessible doors, vestibules and washrooms
  • Wheelchair-accessible ramps to vaults and service areas where required
  • Wheelchair-accessible ABMs
  • Where possible, at least one parking space reserved for customers with disabilities at locations where parking is provided
We’re continually improving access and we have already added accessibility features to many of our older branches.

In buildings that we lease, we are taking a proactive approach by working with our landlords to upgrade and retrofit facilities to improve accessibility.
